Youth Ki Awaaz

Youth Ki Awaaz is a user-generated Indian youth media platform on social justice issues. It was founded by Anshul Tewari in 2008.[1] Youth Ki Awaaz is a mixed English-Hindi phrase meaning "Voice Of Youth".

In 2015 Quintillion Media, led by Raghav Bahl and Ritu Kapur, invested Rs. 4 crore (US$600,000) in Youth Ki Awaaz.[2] On March 31, 2018 Juggernaut Books announced association with Youth Ki Awaaz for digital books.[3]

Recognition

The platform received the "Social media for empowerment" award at the 2013 Manthan South Asia Awards and the Laadli Media Awards for "gender sensitivity" in 2016.[4]
