Yongle
Yongle (simplified Chinese: 永乐; traditional Chinese: 永樂; pinyin: Yǒnglè; Wade–Giles: Yung-lo; lit. 'perpetual happiness') was the era name of the Ming dynasty of China. This period spanned the years from 23 January 1403 to 19 January 1425. The reigning emperor was the Yongle Emperor (永樂帝), the third Ming emperor.
