Yaser Esneider Asprilla Martínez (born 19 November 2003) is a Colombian footballer who currently plays as a midfielder for Envigado (on loan from Watford).

Club career

Yaser Asprilla is a product of Envigado youth academy. He made his professional debut with Envigado in a 0–3 Categoría Primera A loss to Independiente Medellín on 2 December 2020.[1] On 18 July 2021 he scored his first professional goal for Envigado in a 2–2 draw with Atlético Nacional.[2]

With a deal agreed in August 2021,[3] Envigado confirmed the transfer of Asprilla to Watford on 17 January 2022.[4]

International career

Asprilla made his debut for Colombia national team on 16 January 2022 as a 43th-minute substitute for Juan Fernando Quintero in a 2–1 home win over Honduras.[5]
