William Folden

William "Bill" Folden (born April 5, 1972, in Hagerstown, Maryland) is a former Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates.[1] He served from 2015 to 2019 as the sole delegate from District 3B. Folden was defeated in the 2018 Maryland House of Delegates election by Democratic challenger Ken Kerr.[2] In June 2021, Folden filed for the House of Delegates race in District 4. In September 2021, he withdrew his bid for Delegate in District 4 and entered the Senate race in District 4 for the seat being vacated by Michael Hough.[3][4]
