Wilkims Ochieng

Wilkims Ochieng (born 15 February 2003) is a Kenyan, Belgian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Club NXT. He made his international debut for Belgium U16 on 10th Oct 2018, under Coach Thierry Siquet. On 1st Nov 2021 he was shortlisted in the Kenya national football team call up for 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

Club career

Ochieng began his career at the youth academy of Royal Excel Mouscron Youth before moving to Club Brugge in 2017, he was later promoted to the senior team and signed a professional contract with the club on 24 January 2020.[1] Ochieng made his debut for Brugge's reserve side, Club NXT in the Belgian First Division B on 22 August 2020 against RWDM47. He started as NXT lost 0–2.[2]
