Cong TV

Lincoln Cortez Velasquez (born October 27, 1991), better known as Cong TV, is a Filipino YouTuber, comedian, musician, vlogger and online streamer. He is known for his comedy videos on YouTube.

In this Philippine name, the middle name or maternal family name is Cortez and the surname or paternal family name is Velasquez.

Lincoln Cortez Velasquez was born on October 27, 1991.[6][7]

Career

Cong TV joined YouTube in 2008. He started as a vlogger gained popularity in the Philippines by doing comedy skits and parodies on YouTube.[3] He also had the opportunity to be cast in a 2016 Philippine television series My Super D, in which he played the role of Moby.[8]

Aside from being a vlogger, Cong TV is also a live streamer and musician.[3][9][10] Cong TV is the lead guitarist and vocalist of the band Coln he formed in 2018.[10] The band released a single "Baliw" with a music video which was uploaded in Cong TV's channel gaining more than 11 million views and it became his most-viewed video on his YouTube channel.[11] On December 3, 2020, Cong TV was included and got the third place on the list of top YouTube ph Creators of 2020.[5]

Personal life

Cong TV has three siblings, two of them are YouTubers as well: Marlon Velasquez, better known as Junnie Boy; Patricia Velasquez, better known as Neneng Lamig; and both of them have already surpassed one million subscribers on YouTube.[12][13]

In December 2020, Cong TV and his girlfriend and fellow vlogger, Viy Cortez, lost their baby just days after learning of the pregnancy.[14] In December 2021, a year later, Cortez announced on her vlog that she and Cong TV are expecting another baby.[15]
