Vitaliy Mentey

Vitaliy Oleksandrovych Mentey (Ukrainian: Віталій Олександрович Ментей; born 19 April 1992) is a Ukrainian footballer who plays as a midfielder for FC Chernihiv.[1][2]

Career

Vitaliy Mentey, started his career in FC Yunist Chernihiv in Chernihiv. In 2009, he moved to FC Yednist' Plysky 2 and in 2011 until 2013, he played for FC Yednist' Plysky. In 2013 he moved to Avangard Korukivka and in Polissya Dobryanka.[3][4]

FC Chernihiv

In summer 2020 he moved to FC Chernihiv, the second main team of the city of Chernihiv, just promoted to the Ukrainian Second League[5] On 24 October 2020, he made his debut with his new team against FC Uzhhorod for the season 2020–21[6] In May, he was voted Best Player of the Round 20 of Ukrainian Second League in the season 2020–21.[7][8] On 27 August 2021, he scored against Dinaz Vyshhorod in the season 2020–21 at the Chernihiv Arena in Chernihiv.[9][10][11] On 28 November 2021, he scored two goals against AFSC Kyiv in Ukrainian Second League in the season 2021–22 at the Dinaz Stadium in Lyutizh.[12][13][14] He was voted best player of the 20 round of Ukrainian Second League in the season 2021–22.[15][16]On 16 February 2022 he scored in the friendly match against Desna-3 Chernihiv at the Chernihiv Arena in Chernihiv.
