Viktor Kharitonin

Viktor Kharitonin is a Russian billionaire. He made his fortune from the pharmaceutical firm Pharmstandard, co-founded with Roman Abramovich. He and another partner, Egor Kulkov, listed the firm on the London Stock Exchange in 2008, but then took it back into private hands in 2016. He resides primarily in Moscow. He graduated from Novosibirsk State University.[1][2]
