Products and Services
Ice Cream Flavors and Names
Udders specializes in alcohol-flavored ice cream, a niche in the Singaporean ice cream industry.[3][4] It also sells non-alcohol based flavors, as well as fried foods.[5] In 2008, they added Mao Shan Wang durian ice cream. This flavor is unique to Singapore and also happens to be their most popular flavor.[6] The chain encourages customers to suggest new flavors they would like, allowing them to participate in the Udders ice-cream making process.[6]
The Udder Pancake
The company opened a new café, The Udder Pancake, in November 2014.[7] According to their Instagram page, this unique concept café specialized in pancakes with savory mains, gourmet coffee and Mille (crêpe) cakes.
Operations
As of February 2022, Udders has six outlets in Singapore.[10] The franchise has announced plans to branch out into overseas territories, including Australia, China, and Indonesia.[4]
