The Father (2019 film)
The Father is a 2019 Bulgarian drama film directed by Kristina Grozeva and Petar Valchanov. It was selected as the Bulgarian entry for the Best International Feature Film at the 93rd Academy Awards, but it was not nominated.[1]

Synopsis
A son arrives late to the funeral of his own mother, and becomes trapped in all the lies he has started.[2]
