Taran District
Beimbet Mailin (Kazakh: Таран ауданы, Taran audany) previously Taran is a district of Kostanay Region in northern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the selo of Taran.[2] Population: 27,691 (2013 estimate);[1] 29,355 (2009 Census results);[3] 39,206 (1999 Census results).[3]. 10% of the population are Kazakhstan Germans.
