Steve Staker
Steve Staker (May 28, 1943 – April 28, 2020), also known as Papa Stake,[1][3] was an American football coach.[4] He attended at Upper Iowa University.[1] Staker served as a football coach at the Coe College.[5] He was honored the Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year Award in the category Division III.[6]

Personal life
Staker was married to Linda King,[1] until his death in 2020.[5] They've had 4 children.[5]
Staker died in April 2020 of gallbladder cancer in Lisbon, Iowa, at the age of 76.[5]
Legacy
Coe College registered a particular plaque at the Clark Field Stadium.[4] It's marked with people celebrating his career featuring the Hall of Fame.[4]
