Split Hills and Long Hill Esker

Split Hills and Long Hill Esker is a semi-natural grassland esker in County Westmeath, Ireland. It is considered to be one of the largest examples of wooded esker in Ireland.[1] The area is located between the towns of Tyrellspass and Kilbeggan. The River Brosna flows through the area.[2]

As a site ecological interest, it has been declared as a Special Area of Conservation[3]
