Specialized Seaport Olivia
Specialized Seaport Olivia[3] (until 2017 - Specialized Seaport Oktyabrsk)[4][5] is a seaport[6] located on the left bank of the Bug Estuary 25 km from Mykolaiv. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Seaports of Ukraine," the functions of the seaport administration are performed by the Olvia branch of the state enterprise of the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority.[7]

On 1 March 2022, the MV Banglar Samriddhi was struck by a missile while empty at anchor during the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. One crew member was killed killed by the missile after it detonated on the bridge. Following the incident, the vessel was left in port and its surviving 28 crewmembers were evacuated to Bangladesh.[8][9]
