Shinnyō-ji
Shinnyō-ji (真如寺), is a temple of the Rinzai sect of Zen Buddhism of the Shōkoku-ji school. It is located in Kita-ku, Kyoto , Kyoto City , Kyoto Prefecture. Together with Rokuon-ji (Kinkaku-ji) and Jishō-ji (Ginkaku-ji), it is one of the three temples that make up the head of the mountain outside of Shōkoku-ji. It was also counted as one of the ten temples of the Five Mountain System.[1]
