Scott Daly
Scott Daly (born February 7, 1994) is an American football long snapper for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Notre Dame.

College career
Daly played college football at Notre Dame.[1] He recovered a fumble in a November 21, 2015, game against Boston College at Fenway Park.[2] He previously attended Downers Grove South High School and committed to Notre Dame in April 2011.[3] He began specializing in the long snap in the fifth grade.[4] In 2015, he was recognized for his work in sending supplies to the Dominican Republic.[5]
Professional career
Dallas Cowboys
On April 16, 2018, Daly signed with the Dallas Cowboys.[6] He was waived on September 1, 2018.[7]
San Antonio Commanders
On October 26, 2018, Daly signed with the San Antonio Commanders of the AAF.[8] The league ceased operations in April 2019.[9]
New York Guardians
In October 2019, Daly was drafted by the New York Guardians in the open phase of the 2020 XFL Draft.[10] He had his contract terminated when the league suspended operations on April 10, 2020.[11]
Detroit Lions
On May 4, 2021, Daly signed with the Detroit Lions.[12]
