Sandrine Rousseau
Sandrine Rousseau (born 8 March 1972) is a French economist and politician. She's been a vice-president to the Lille University.[1]

She is a member of Europe Ecology – The Greens. She describes herself as an eco-feminist.[2] Rousseau went public with accusation of sexual harassment against fellow Greens leader Denis Baupin during the MeToo movement.[3]
In 2021, she was a candidate for the open primary vote organized by Europe Ecology – The Greens for the 2022 French presidential election.[4] She qualified for the second round but lost to Yannick Jadot.[5]
Controversy
In 2021, Rousseau was criticized for being too absent on her university post, because of her participation in the electoral campaign.[6] In 2022 she sparked controversy by proposing that the law make non-participation in household chores a criminal offence.[7]
