A photograph of the church taken by Farzin Izaddoust Dar won first place in the 2020 Wiki Loves Monuments competition.[3] One of the jury members expressed their amazement at the geometric and jewel-like forms of the church surrounded by snow, which consequently made it look as if floating on a "space-time continuum/gravitational field."[4]
