Ryan Higgins (English cricketer)

Ryan Francis Higgins (born 6 January 1995) is a Zimbabwean-born English cricketer who joined Gloucestershire County Cricket Club on 2 October 2017 following a spell with Middlesex.[1] He is a right-handed batsman who bowls right arm medium pace. He made his debut for Middlesex in the 2014 NatWest t20 Blast against Somerset.[2] He made his first-class debut in June 2017, in the County Championship against Yorkshire.[3] In September 2019, Higgins was shortlisted for the Professional Cricketers Association, Players Player of the Year award. He grew up in Zimbabwe and attended Ruzawi School, before moving to the UK.
