Ruben Reynaldo De Guzman Roxas (born March 30, 1962) is a Filipino judge who is currently an associate justice of the Court of Appeals of the Philippines.[1] She succeeded Justice Amelita Tolentino who retired in 2014. He currently serves as the senior member in the 10th Division of the Court of Appeals under the chairpersonship of Justice Ramon Cruz, and is serving alongside Eduardo Ramos Jr as its junior member.[2]
