Richard Mordeno
Richard Daniot Moderno (born November 29, 1966) is a Filipino judge who is an associate justice of the Court of Appeals of the Philippines.[1] He succeeded Justice Amy Lazaro-Javier who was promoted to the Supreme Court on March 6, 2019.
