Rafael Antonio Santos
Rafael Antonio Magat Santos (born February 16, 1960) is a Filipino judge who is currently an associate justice of the Court of Appeals of the Philippines. She succeeded Justice Pampio Abarintos who retired on December 2013. He currently serves as the senior member in the 4th Division of the Court of Appeals under the chairpersonship of Justice Ramon Bato Jr., and is serving alongside Lorena Redula Bordios as its junior member.[1]
