Protect Me, Shugomaru!

Protect Me, Shugomaru! (Japanese: 守れ!しゅごまる, Hepburn: Mamore! Shugomaru) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Daiki Ihara. It began serialization in Weekly Shōnen Jump in November 2021. As of April 2022, its chapters have been collected into one volume.

Publication

Written and illustrated by Daiki Ihara, the series began serialization in Weekly Shōnen Jump on November 22, 2021.[2][3] As of April 2022, the series' individual chapters have been collected into one tankōbon volume.[4][5]

Viz Media and Manga Plus are publishing chapters of the series simultaneously with the Japanese release.[6]

Reception

Steven Blackburn from Screen Rant criticized the series, stating the series is unoriginal and had little long-term sustainability.[1]
