Plaza South Tower
The Plaza South Tower[3] is a 20-story office building in downtown Orlando, Florida. The building was completed in 2006 as part of a three building mixed-use complex known as The Plaza.[1][2] The other buildings include the Solaire at the Plaza, residential condominiums, and The Plaza North Tower.

The Plaza South Tower has the largest single office space in Orlando, FL. Other amenities include a movie theater, restaurants, and an onsite parking garage. The building has been managed by Vesta Property Services since January 2009.
Chase Bank currently has the naming rights and displays their name at the top of the Plaza South Tower. Due to the condominium documents, the naming rights do not extend to the entire Plaza South Tower, only the courtyard between the North & South Towers.
