Phoutthasay Khochalern (Lao: ພຸດທະໄຊ ໂຄຈະເລີນ (born 29 December 1995) is a Laotian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Samut Prakan City in Thai League 1 and the Laos national football team.[1]
