Patricie Uwase

Patricie Uwase (born 1989) is Rwandan engineer and politician who currently serve as Vice-Chairperson of Board of Rwandair and Permanent secretary of Minister of Infrastructures of Rwanda since 2015.[1][2][3]

Educations

She holds Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Kigali Institute of Education (former KIST) in Rwanda, and Masters of Science in civil engieering from University of California, Berkeley[4][5][6]
