History
Boston-based Rockpoint Group and Dallas-based Highgate Holdings bought Parc 55 in 2006 for $220 million.[3] In 2012, The Blackstone Group took 75 percent ownership of the hotel.[3] In February 2015, Hilton Worldwide bought the property and renamed it to "Parc 55 San Francisco a Hilton Hotel".[4] The building is valued at $512.2 million (2018).[1]
