Ormancık is a Kurdish village in Savur, Mardin Province, Turkey.

It has a Hot-summer Mediterranean climate.[1]
On 21 January 1994 it was reportedly attacked with grenades[2] by the PKK. Nineteen people, composed of nine women, six children and four village guards - were killed in what Human Rights Watch described as a "massacre."[3] There is speculation that the event was a chemical attack.[4][2]
