Ologies (podcast)
Ologies is a weekly science podcast hosted by Alie Ward. Each week, Ward talks with a different "ologist" from various scientific fields.[1] As of February 2021, there have been more than 50 million downloads of the podcast.[2] The show's tagline is "Ask smart people stupid questions". The podcast is usually one of the top three science podcasts on Apple Podcasts.[2]

History
Ward first had the idea for the podcast in 2002, and officially started the podcast in 2017.[2] The podcast is released weekly.[3] By 2021, Ward had released more than 130 episodes.[2] In February 2022, the podcast won the "Best Science Podcast" category in the 2022 iHeartRadio Podcast Awards.[4]
