Oleksa Lozowchuk

Oleksa Lozowchuk (born 22 May 1976) is a Canadian composer, music producer and multi-instrumentalist, whose work spans many genres in games, film, television, advertisements, dance,[1] and the concert stage.

Career

In 2003, Oleksa composed and produced a chamber work entitled Bright Sadness,[2] which gained international attention and continues to play globally on classical radio stations to this day. He went on to become the audio and music director at Capcom Vancouver for 7+ years,[3] and is known for his work on the Dead Rising video game series.[4] He was the on-set music director on the 7x Emmy nominated Julie and the Phantoms for Kenny Ortega and Netflix,[5] composed for Disney's series Gabby Duran and the Unsittables,[6] and scored the 2021 remake of the film Under Wraps alongside Jamie Christopherson.[7] He was one of the composers for Horizon Forbidden West,[8] and is currently a co-founder and the creative director at Interleave.[9]
