North Delhi Municipal Corporation

North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) is one of the municipal corporations in Delhi, India created after the former Municipal Corporation of Delhi was trifurcated in 2012. It occupies an area of 605 km2 (234 sq mi) which is further divided into 6 Zones (Rohini, Civil Lines, Karol Bagh, City-SP, Keshav Puram and Narela Zone) and 104 Wards, serving the population of almost 62 lacs citizens in Delhi.[1]

It is one of five local bodies in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, the others being East Delhi Municipal Corporation, South Delhi Municipal Corporation, New Delhi Municipal Council and Delhi Cantonment Board.
