Noel Rosal
Noel Ebriega Rosal (born January 2, 1964) is a Filipino politician who served as mayor of Legazpi from 2001 until 2010, and again since 2013.[1][2][3] He served as City Administrator of the city from 2010 until 2013.

Rosal is married to Carmen Geraldine Rosal, the former mayor of the city. They have three children: Princess, Gerald Noel, and Gilian Noelle.
