History

Nashville in Jackson County, Iowa, in 1903
Nashville contained a post office from 1871 until 1935.[2][3] The community was named by an early settler for his native hometown of Nashville, Tennessee.[4] Nashville's population was 54 in 1902,[5] and 100 in 1925.[6]
