Ministry of Justice (Moldova)

Established in 1990, the Ministry of Justice of Moldova (Ministerul Justiției) is one of the thirteen ministries of the Government of Moldova. The current justice minister is Sergiu Litvinenco.[1] In 2020, the Moldovan Ministry of Justice asked Israel to extradite Ilan Shor, a Moldovan politician involved in bank fraud. The legal process is still ongoing.[2]
