Mariflor Punzalan-Castillo
Myra Garcia-Fernandez (born Myra V. Garcia; September 21, 1954) is a Filipino judge who is currently an associate justice of the Court of Appeals of the Philippines. She succeeded Justice Ramon Mabutas Jr. who retired on December 20, 2009. She currently sits as the Chairperson of the 3rd Division of the Court of Appeals.[1]
