Maria Filomena Dumandan Singh
Pablito Alhambra Perez (born June 26, 1966) is a Filipino judge who is currently an associate justice of the Court of Appeals of the Philippines. She succeeded Justice Rosainda Asuncion-Vicente who retired on November 2013. He currently serves as the senior member in 3rd Division of the Court of Appeals under the chairpersonship of Justice Fernanda Lampas-Peralta, and is serving alongside Bonifcio Sison Pascua as its junior member.[1]
