Maria Elisa Sempio-Diy
Maria Elisa Sempio-Diy (born Maria Elisa Sempio; April 26, 1966) is a Filipino judge who is currently an associate justice of the Court of Appeals of the Philippines. She succeeded Justice Eatela Perlas-Bernabe who was appointed to the Supreme Court on August 2011. He currently serves as the chairperson of the 17th Division of the Court of Appeals with Justices Carlito Calpatura and Jose Lorenzo Dela Rosa as its senior member and (acting) Junior members respectively.[1]
