Manuel Barrios (Appeliate Judge)
Manuel Mejorada Barrios (born November 29, 1952) is a Filipino judge who is currently an associate justice of the Court of Appeals of the Philippines. He succeeded Justice Danilo Pine who became Presiding Justice on December 27, 2005. He currently sits as the Chairperson of the 8th Division of the Court of Appeals.[1]
