Mad Max (band)
Mad Max is a hard rock band from Münster, Germany. In 1988, the band consisted of Michael Voss (vocals), Jürgen Breforth (guitars), Roland Bergmann and Axel Kruse (drums).[1] Mad Max's self-titled release was in 1982. They faded away in 1989.[2] Voss and Breforth reunited and put out a comeback album in 1999.[2] At the beginning of 2015, bass player Roland Bergmann left Mad Max,[3] leaving Breforth as the only original member of the band.

On January 4, 2021, the band announced via their official site that Voss left the band to focus on other projects;[4] later, on September 28, they announced their new vocalist, Julian Rolinger.[5]
