Linda Dowds
Linda Dowds is an American make-up artist.[1][2][3] She won an Academy Award in the category Best Makeup and Hairstyling for the film The Eyes of Tammy Faye.[4] Dowds also won three Primetime Emmy Awards and was nominated for one more in the category Outstanding Makeup.[5]
