Lily Joy Biton

Lily Joy Villareal-Biton (born Lily Joy Villareal; October 14, 1961) is a Filipino judge who is an associate justice of the Court of Appeals of the Philippines.[1] She succeeded Justice Jose Reyes Jr. who was compulsorily retired on August 10, 2018.[2][3] She currently serves as the junior member in the First Division of the Court of Appeals under the chairpersonship of Oscar Badelles, the presiding justice and is serving alongside Ana Marie Mas as its junior member.[4]
