Leonard Dollaga
Leonard Cy Dollaga[1] (born 1968)[2] is a United States Navy rear admiral who most recently served as the Commander of Submarine Group 7, Task Force 74, and Task Force 54 from August 28, 2020 to April 13, 2022. He was previously the Commander of the Undersea Warfighting Development Center from May 24, 2018, to June 18, 2020.[4][5][6][7]

Raised in Vallejo, California, Dollaga is a 1990 graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering. He later earned a master's degree in engineering management from George Washington University. In March 2022, he was reassigned as Chief of Legislative Affairs, succeeding Sara Joyner.[8]
