Koti (Armenian: Կոթի) is a village in the Tavush Province of Armenia.

Toponymy
The village was previously known as Kotigegh until 1964 when it was renamed Shavarshavan in honor of Shavarsh Amirkhanian (1884–1959), head of the precursor of the Armenian KGB.[2] The village was then renamed Koti in 1992.
Education
Children of Armenia Fund (COAF) started its activities in Tavush in 2016, including education and health programs, shelter from shelling and other potential use of weapons in areas along the border with Azerbaijan.[3]
