The bakery became popular when sales of their fruit biscuits exploded. This helped the bakery in expanding across India.

Apart from Hyderabad, there are exclusive Karachi Bakery outlets in Bengaluru, Chennai and Delhi. They also export a selection of their selected products to 25+ countries including eight countries in Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, 3 in Africa and the Middle East.[4]

History

The bakery was founded by Sri Khanchand Ramnani, a Sindhi Hindu refugee who migrated from Karachi to Hyderabad in 1947 during the Partition of India.[5][6] In 1953, Ramnani opened the first Karachi bakery of Hyderabad next to Seena Bakery in Moazzam Jahi Market.[5] They have 25 stores in Hyderabad alone.[7]
