KPR Ostrovia Ostrów Wielkopolski is a men's handball club from Ostrów Wielkopolski, Greater Poland. It plays in Group B of the second division.[1]

History
The club was once part of the multi-sports club founded in 1909, however when the club folded in 1995 some of the individual sections were re-founded as separate clubs continuing the club traditions.
They reached the promotion play-offs in 2016.[2] In 2020, by beating KPR Legionowo 32:26 the club won the promotion play-offs but were denied entry to the top division as they club did not meet any of the organisational, financial or facility requirements.[3]
