Juan Carlos Muñoz (Chilean footballer)

Juan Carlos Muñoz Martinez (born 4 April 1978 in Santiago) is a Chilean former footballer who played as a defender.

In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is Muñoz Martinez.
