Jothe Jotheyali (TV series)

A 45-year-old business tycoon, Aryavardhan "Arya" meets Anu Sirimane while he gets a lift from her in auto. From there he next meets her in her college as program chief guest and boosts her morale while she becomes embarrassed at her speech. Their story starts with the roots of "TRUST" and further inspired by her idea and thoughts he offers Anu job in his office. Soon Anu realizes her feelings for him. While she is going to confess her feelings for him, he asks her to marry the groom chosen at her home. Anu is heartbroken. Although Arya too has feelings for her, he is unable to express his feelings because of their age difference and is in pain. Further Anu marriage gets fixed with her neighbors relative, when Arya finds out that Anu's to be father in laws intentions are not good, he indirectly stops their marriage. Later he transfers Anu to Hubli on his close friend Jhende's advice. Jhende is Aryavardhan's close friend who has been with Arya since his childhood. With a heavy heart he tells Anu about her transfer, next she challenges to him that in the next 24hrs if they meet each other accidentally, he should confess whatever is in his heart. They accidentally meet at a temple, but Arya hides himself, yet Anu knew he was hiding. A saddened Anu leaves to Hubli as Arya is not ready to accept his feelings. When Anu is going on her way to Hubli, he stops her from going and confess his love while she's asleep. Their story continues in a smooth way. Further he shares about his life with her and reveals about his first marriage and his first wife being dead. Anu resents him at first for hiding it but is later convinced by his honesty. Next he proposes to her on air in a chopper and puts her a ring. When Arya is about speak about their relation to Anu's father Subbu, her father gets ill and asks Arya to promise that he will get Anu married to Surya. Arya promises heartbrokenly to Subbu. Anu' is heartbroken when Arya asks her to marry Suriya and yet agrees to marry. Just before the marriage Arya Anu's proposal video which was recorded is played by Raghupathi's(Anu's first suitor's father), who does not want Anu marriage to happen as her family broke her first marriage with Raghupathi's son. After the video is played, it is revealed to everyone that Arya Anu love each other and were making sacrifice for her father. Anu's marriage is broken. Further Aryavardhan convinces Subbu. Aryavardhan and his family is invited for dinner by Subbu on his birthday and agrees for Arya and Anu's love, while Anu makes a shocking announcement that she does not want to marry Aryavardhan. She reveals that Aryavardhan is not Sharada Devi's own son and shows the proof from where she found out. Later she says to Arya that she can marry him only when she is able to see the real identity of him. Arya leaves from her house heartbroken. Anu later goes in search of Arya's identity and finds out certain things after meeting his birth mother Priyadarshini and husband Prabhu Desai, and realises that she was wrong for accusing Aryavardhan for keeping his identity hidden from her. Anu understands how hurt Arya must have been when she rejected him and hence, she decides to go back and reunite with him. Anu and Arya reconcile. Further after somedays......

Anu wishes to have alone time with Aryavardhan, he fulfills her wish and they go roaming in plane, meanwhile there has been a confusion of both of them being missing. This is done by an enemy Jalandhar who holds vengeance against Aryavardhan. Unaware of all that, AryAnu spend romantic time with each other. He proposes to her again and they have emotional conversations. There is an attack on Arya when he is saved by a man called Rama. They later return to Bangalore and stay at farm house. Next day Anu goes in wander of a temple when she gets kidnapped by Jalandhar's men. Arya saves her with help of Rama. Then they return.

Anu and Aryavardhan's family gather at a place to talk about their wedding. Meanwhile, Meera has invited Prabhu Desai and his wife Priyadarshini i.e. Arya birth mother to that place but Arya does not see his mother. Arya and Anu's engagement is fixed. Anu meets Priyadarshini and asks her to leave as Aryavardhan cannot see her and reveals that he is Priya's own son Sanjay Patil. On knowing this Priya is surprised as about how does Anu know about her first son. She gets emotional and tells her story to Anu and wishes to see her son. She sees Aryavardhan and recalls Sanju and is happy to see him. In spite of many efforts, Aryavardhan sees his mother on his engagement and they have a very emotional reunion. Further Anu and Aryavardhan get engaged. Anu and Arya's marriage preparations start very royally. Arya and Anu get happily married.

However they face many challenges in their post-wedding. The story takes a turn when it is shown as Aryavardhan behaves like a villain in order to get the property under his name when he realises Anu's actions are like his first wife Rajanandini . Aryavardhan is trying to make everyone believe that Anu is born as Rajanandini to get the property as the property heir is his first wife's brother Harshavardhan. Aryavardhan's doings, tactics is unknown to Anu as she blindly trusts him and he is trying to take an advantage of her trust.

In past, Subhash Patil is a poor orphan living with his roommate Keshava jhende in a chawl. One day, as he is rushing to give an interview, he shares his auto-rickshaw with Rajanandini a 26 year beautiful girl daughter of rich businessman Rajvardhan and Sharada Devi who all live in a Rajanandini Vilasa. As the tyre of Rajanandini's car gets punctured, Subhash drops her to her destination only to realise that his interview is in the same company. Falling in love with her due to her richness, he fakes a fraud in his company and wins Rajanandini's trust. The two eventually confess their love for each other and get married. After their marriage, Subhash begins to live in the Rajanandini house with her for Rajvardhan's wish and changes his name into "Arya Vardhan". Rajanandini also makes him the CEO of the Vardhan Group of companies. However, Rajvardhan gets all the proofs against him and insults him over obtaining his business. In retaliation, Aryavardhan unknowingly ends up making him have the wrong medicine, resulting in Rajvardhan's death. He also changes Rajvardhan's post-mortem reports which makes Sharada devi think that she is responsible for Rajvardhan's death. Feeling guilty, she decides to reveal the truth to the police but Aryavardhan stops her, saying that she will have to go to jail if she does so. Meanwhile, it is also revealed that Rajvardhan had applied a clause in his will that Subhash alias Aryavardhan cannot own the Rajvardhan's property at all. However, Aryavardhan thinks that he can soon the Rajvardhan's property via Rajanandini. Days later, Rajanandini doubts Aryavardhan and fixes a microphone in his office-cabin. She catches Aryavardhan and Keshava jhende red-handed as their plan gets recorded in the microphone. Upon receiving this proof, Rajanandini threatens to hand over Aryavardhan and Keshava jhende to the police while Sharada devi Ab still does not know the truth. However Aryavardhan unwillingly pushes her off the bungalow balcony, resulting in Rajanandini's unfortunate death.
