Joseon Psychiatrist Yoo Se-poong

Joseon Psychiatrist Yoo Se-poong (Korean: 조선 정신과 의사 유세풍; RR: Joseon Jeongsingwa Uisa Yu Se-pung) is an upcoming South Korean television series starring Kim Min-jae, Kim Hyang-gi and Kim Sang-kyung. It is based on the novel of the same name that won the Excellence Award in the 2016 Korea Story Contest.[2] It is scheduled to premiere on tvN in the second half of 2022.[3][4]

Synopsis

Yoo Se-poong (Kim Min-jae), a well-known doctor, who gets caught up in a royal conspiracy and gets kicked out, meets Gye Ji-han (Kim Sang-kyung) and Seo Eun-woo (Kim Hyang-gi) of the mysterious and beautiful Gyesu Village, and is reborn as a true doctor.

Production

On March 31, 2022, bus carrying the production staff of Joseon Psychiatrist Yoo Se-poong met with an collision accident, a PD from the directing department was killed and ten others were injured in the accident.[10] Filming of the drama was completely stopped.[11]
