José Mayans

José Miguel Ángel Mayans (born 19 March 1957) is an Argentine Justicialist Party politician.[2] He sits in the Argentine Senate representing Formosa Province in the majority block of the Frente de Todos.

Mayans is a "fanatic anti-abortion lobbyist" despite being part of the Frente de Todos.[3]

Mayans was elected to the Argentine Senate in 2001, and has been re-elected three times: in 2005, 2011, and 2017.[4]
