Jeff Thorne

Jeff Thorne is an American football coach and former player. He is the offensive coordinator at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Thorned served as the head football coach at North Central College in Naperville, Illinois from 2015 to 2021. He succeeded his father, John Thorne, and led the 2019 North Central Cardinals football team to an NCAA Division III Football Championship.[1] Thorne played college football at Eastern Illinois University, starting at quarterback in the early 1990s.[2] His son, Payton, is the current starting quarterback at Michigan State.
